Field Trips

Under the supervision and care of our faculty, Aurora Preparatory Academy organizes a diverse range of off-site excursions throughout the year. These outings are designed to augment the curriculum and are often school-wide events. Activities may include: Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, Ontario Science Centre, the ROM, Peterborough Liftlocks, Habourfront Centre, and even tours of St. Lawrence Market and Rogers Centre in Toronto.

We also have excursions designed for individual grade levels, such as Food Club for our senior students in which we plan, shop for and prepare meals which are then shared with a local shelter, or, for our younger students, visits from local Health Care providers, veterinarians or musicians.
